    Products found under VIEW COLLECTIONS include all items within our two bridal lines, Jenny Yoo Collection and Jenny by Jenny Yoo, as well as our bridesmaids and flower girl collections. These items are made-to-order and must be placed through an authorized Jenny Yoo retailer. Since they are produced to order, they are delivered upon completion.

    Made-to-Order items are ordered through an authorized Jenny Yoo retailer and are produced to order. This includes our bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl dresses. As these gowns are produced just for you, they are non-returnable and all sales are final. Please note they are not custom to one’s measurements, and you should refer to our Fit Guide to choose the correct size for you.

    We ship to all countries, with no exclusions! We offer flat rate shipping options through Fedex for international orders. All duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer to be paid at checkout for your convenience.

    We charge $25 for all orders under $900, and $40 for orders over $900. We ship up to 8 swatches for $5 flat rate through USPS International Mail. 

    Please note that all items shipped internationally are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged for a monetary refund or for store credit.

    Please note that we ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 1 pm EST will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm EST will ship out on the next business day.  

    Jenny Yoo is also carried in stores all over the world. You may also go to our Find a Retailer page to find a retailer in your country.

    Online Orders (Domestic):

    BRIDESMAIDS/SOCIAL/ACCESSORIES: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of order date. We must receive your return within 30 days of order date for it to be accepted. Returns will only be accepted in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all hang tags, return tags, and packaging still attached.

    Please note that we charge a $10 return shipping fee, and any Fedex pickup service to your home will incur an additional $5 fee. We do not refund original shipping costs. Online merchandise cannot be returned to our stores. If your item does not meet the above criteria or is received in a damaged condition, we will need to ship it back to you and you will not be issued a refund. 

    BRIDAL GOWNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bridal gown purchased online, you may return your gown within 14 days from delivery date. We must receive your return within 14 days for it to be accepted. Please note that we charge a $50 return shipping + restocking fee per dress. This includes the cost of shipping the dress back to us and an increased level of QA and detail in ensuring the dress is refreshed for another customer. 

    Bridal gowns returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached. Once a tag is removed, an item cannot be returned. Product returned outside of these conditions may be refused or subject to an additional $75 fee.

    We offer store credit as an option for orders received past the date of acceptance for a monetary refund. Store credits never expire and can be used for a future purchase at jennyyoo.com. They are not valid for use on made-to-orders.

    Made-to-Orders: Jenny Yoo does not accept returns or exchanges on any Made-To-Order dresses. These gowns are produced just for you upon ordering and our policy strictly prohibits returns or exchanges of any kind. Jenny Yoo is unable to cancel an order if your event is cancelled and dresses will not be refunded. Please note we are not responsible for replacing dresses due to incorrect sizing chosen. Fabric is dyed per order and we cannot guarantee an exact color match on dresses ordered separately. If you purchased from a different retailer, your purchase is subject to that retailer’s return policy.

    Online Orders (International):

    International orders (outside of the United States) are final sale and are non-returnable. They are ineligible for a monetary refund or store credit.

    We highly recommend having measurements taken at an authorized Jenny Yoo retailer or a professional tailor. Review our Fit Guide and find the size that best suits you. Made-to-order and online dresses are based off our size chart and are not cut to your specific measurements; therefore, you will likely need some alterations for that perfect fit! Please note we are not responsible for replacing dresses due to incorrect sizing.

    In order to ensure the best possible fit, we highly recommend measurements be taken at an authorized Jenny Yoo retailer or a professional tailor. If you are unable to get measured professionally, please follow these guidelines using a soft measuring tape. Make sure to keep the tape snug but not tight when measuring. Also, make sure to always measure over your undergarments for the most accurate fit.
